People should really be asking “How do you measure social media ROI?” Social media does provide ROI and it can be measured. However, there are some key considerations such as attribution, organizational structure, current processes, and tools. In this session, we will discuss the current state of social media measurement, best practices, tools, and how to incorporate social media activities and performance measurement into your current organizational structure and processes in order to, ultimately, prove the ROI of your efforts.
